Goodwood, a beautiful and unique estate in West Sussex, is famous for delivering extraordinary experiences for the c.1 million people who visit each year. The 600 strong team working here are key to our success.
Due to expansion we're looking for a Porter to join our busy Front Desk team.
You'll provide excellent customer service and care to our guests throughout their stay at the Hotel, the gateway to the Goodwood Estate.
You will be responsible for showing guests to their rooms, assisting them with their luggage, and providing them with information on the wide range of facilities and activities available throughout the Estate.
You'll also co-ordinate transport for our guests, providing a shuttle service for them as and when required.
What do you need to be successful?
- Confident in dealing with people at all levels
- Previous experience in a customer facing role, and have a passion for hospitality.
- Experience in the leisure or hospitality industry would be an advantage.
- A full, clean driving licence.
