We have a great opportunity for a Sous Chef to join the team at the team at The Kennels Members Club. This is a permanent position, with a 40 hour per week contract.

You will be creating dishes with produce fresh from our Farm, and have training and development opportunities within our in-house butchery, dairy processing and cheese-making facilities.

The successful candidate will be able to inspire, motivate and coach the team, and be confident in managing the brigade in the absence of the Head Chef. You will have proven experience of working at the required level (or be ready to progress to Sous level), as well as having experience of working in quality establishments.
