Head Butler For Hound Lodge - Exclusive Country Retreat on The Goodwood Estate

Hound Lodge is an exclusive, 10 bedroom country retreat set in the midst of Goodwood's 12,000 acre Estate. We provide our guests with a beautiful escape from the world, with their own private Chef and Butler tending to their every need.

We are looking for an experienced Head Butler to support the General Manager of Hound Lodge and The Kennels Private Members Club. 

You'll have a passion and drive for high end service for our Hound Lodge and Kennels guests, combining all the exciting elements of Goodwood, to produce an outstanding customer experience. 

What do you need to be successful?

• Proven experience of working in a similar role.

• An understanding of how to manage a 5* operation.

• You will have the passion and knowledge to lead, inspire and coach a large team, creating synergies within the Kennels areas as well as across the Estate. You will also be a great communicator and a real ambassador for Goodwood.

• You'll have a flair for creating an amazing customer journey - paying attention to every detail.  You will thrive on ensuring everything we do reflects our values whilst maximising revenue.
