Senior Marketing Executive (Racecourse)

Goodwood Racecourse, renowned as being one of the most beautiful racecourses in the world, is home to the Qatar Goodwood Festival, affectionately known as 'Glorious Goodwood'. This flagship event forms one of the highlights of the summer social season and attracts over 100,000 visitors each year. Set high on the South Downs, the Racecourse is part of the Goodwood Estate which attracts over several hundred thousand visitors a year to its diverse range of sporting events.
 
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our busy Sports Marketing team at Goodwood. This role is responsible for developing and managing Goodwood Racecourse marketing campaigns to help us achieve our overarching revenue and customer satisfaction targets. We are looking for someone who has a real passion for marketing, and lots of experience in delivering successful campaigns across multiple platforms.
 
Working for the Brand Manager, and with the support of a Marketing Assistant, this role is creative and fast- paced. Experience of horseracing is not a necessity. Rather we are looking for someone who is hyper-organised, good at juggling priorities and meeting deadlines, and who enjoys working with designers, photographers and videographers to create really stunning marketing collateral. As communication is at the heart of this role, you will need to have excellent written English, and have the ability to confidently engage with a number of partners, both internal and external.
