Restaurant Manager

Our approach to food and drink is a reflection of our obsession for perfection, using our own organic Home Farm produce and award winning Estate reared and rare breed meat, milk and cheese. This can be seen at the Goodwood Hotel's Bar and Grill restaurant which offers guests and members a brasserie style setting and laidback atmosphere. Overlooking the Park golf course, it is the ideal place to enjoy a coffee, drinks and delicious food with friends and family.

We are looking for a dynamic 'hands on' Restaurant Manager to make the Bar and Grill a modern bar and dining experience. The successful candidate will already have experience of running fast paced restaurants, motivating staff and delivering exceptional customer experiences, whilst also managing the performance of the business effectively.

You will need to have good commercial awareness with the ability to develop exciting strategies to build new revenue streams. This will be complimented by your great people skills and you will thrive on inspiring, coaching and training your team to enable them to reach their potential.
