Our approach to food and drink is a reflection of our obsession for perfection, offering our own organic meats, dairy and ales from Goodwood Home Farm.  There is no better place to see this than at the Goodwood Hotel’s Richmond Arm’s Restaurant.  Here, we take the very best of local and Estate reared seasonal ingredients to create dishes with a true British flavour, reflecting the finest Sussex produce being executed with careful precision.  It’s the perfect place for our members and guests to enjoy a special intimate dining experience.

As the Richmond Arms goes through some exciting changes this year, we have an opportunity for a ‘hands on’ Assistant Restaurant Manager.  

As the successful candidate, you will already have some experience of running a restaurant, ideally of a similar style. You will love a challenge and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences whilst maximising revenue.  Great people skills are essential and with a strong team ethic, you will thrive on inspiring, coaching and training the restaurant team.
