Marketing and Product Manager

Whether you want to listen to the thundering hooves at our Racecourse or learn to fly at our historic World War Two airfield our events marketing team are the lucky few that get to work on the varied and fresh-thinking concepts that market our Sports division.

We are looking for a passionate, creative and talented individual to step into an exciting new role. You will be at the very heart of our Sports business and responsible for the delivery of brand, marketing communications and product development strategy. Devising and implementing strategic objectives and visions along with making all marketing activity consistent, effective and engaging will be a key part of this role.

You will be managing a fantastic team that will support your vision and bring a great sense of fun to your day. You will bring with you a proven success in delivering marketing strategies and product development from a leisure or events background along with high level commercial thinking and ability to activate a brand in a competitive market.
