Our customers sit at the centre of all we do, we ask our customers to tell us what interests them, and we listen by tailoring our communications to them. We recognise that customer insight in our data could help us become more relevant, timely and engaged to our customers. This new role is a reflection of our continued investment in developing customer loyalty and the development of future products and services
You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Group-wide customer relationship strategy and the overall 'guardian of our customers', developing our understanding in the key areas of customer data acquisition, profiling, analytics, segmentation and campaign management.
We are looking for a passionate individual with a proven track record in delivering effective B2C relationship marketing strategies and activation. You will be a highly analytical thinker, with a sound strategic mindset, yet clearly in possession of the necessary tenacity and energy to deliver customer programmes throughout the Goodwood business.
