Senior Reservationist

Our Reservations team are responsible for receiving, handling and converting booking enquiries in line with the sales strategy and ensure all guests receive a consistently high standard of service throughout the booking process.

We are looking for a Senior Reservationist, with previous relevant experience, to lead the Reservations team and create a customer focused environment where revenue targets are achieved whilst consistently delivering customer delight.
