Hotel Concierge

The Goodwood Hotel is seen as the gateway to the Estate, so creating special moments here is key to ensure that we can exceed customer expectations from the moment our guests arrive to the Estate, until the time they go home.

To ensure we can achieve this, we are now looking for a passionate and experienced Hotel Concierge. Within this new role, you will be meeting and greeting our guests that arrive to the hotel. With an obsession for perfection, you will thrive on analysing the finer details of our guests to ensure we can add unique, quirky and personal touches to guarantee a truly enjoyable and memorable stay.

You will also be the champion for developing processes and systems, to take all feedback we receive and making sure it is acted upon, this includes managing the complaints process.
