Our approach to dining is a reflection of our obsession for perfection, using our own organic Home Farm produce and award winning Estate reared and rare breed meat, milk and cheese.

We are currently looking to recruit passionate and enthusiastic people to join the front of house team at the Kennels private members' club and in the Richmond Arms and Bar & Grill restaurant teams which are both based at the Goodwood Hotel.

As a member of our waiting team, previous experience is not necessarily essential but a positive approach and a willingness to develop is.
