Our approach to food and drink is a reflection of our obsession for perfection, offering our own organic meats, dairy and ales from Goodwood Home Farm and our Aero Club Café is a perfect example of this. Situated right in the heart of our historic airfield, it's warm and relaxed atmosphere means it always feels welcoming.

With our new Aeroclub building opening soon, the café will have a brand new home.  With one of the most unique views around, customers can enjoy breakfast, lunch or a slice of cake whilst watching the activities on the airfield and motor circuit.

As the café moves into this new and exciting chapter, we have an opportunity for a Restaurant Supervisor to assist the management team with all operational aspects of café.

You will love a challenge and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Great people skills are essential and with a strong team ethic, you will thrive on inspiring, coaching and training the Café team.
