Motorsport Event Volunteer

Would you like free admission to the Members' Meeting, Festival of Speed and Revival in 2016?

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and customer focused volunteers to join us at the following Goodwood Motorsport events:

• Members' Meeting Saturday 19^th and Sunday 20^th March 2016
• Festival of Speed Thursday 23^rd Sunday 26^th June 2016*
• Revival Friday 9^th Sunday 11^th September 2016*

(*please note these dates are subject to change until the formal ratification of the F1 calendar in December)

Whilst the volunteer shifts are unpaid, because they are only 6/7 hours in length it means there is ample opportunity to explore and enjoy the event. We are able to provide camping for those living more than 30 miles away and every volunteer is provided with a lunch bag whilst on shift.

In line with event industry standards, in order to prevent the admission wristband being exploited, we will be placing a hold on volunteers' debit/credit card of equal value to a weekend ticket (£120-£158 depending on event) which is released within 14 days of the end of the event, providing the volunteer arrives for their allocated shifts.

At present, we would request that volunteers are available for the duration of the event, so whether you are available for one event or all three we would love to hear from you.

Please also make note in the application questions of any friends or family that would like to join you as a volunteer, as we will try our best to place you on the same shift pattern, enabling you to enjoy the time outside of your volunteering shift together.

Whilst it is not obligatory to submit a CV (you can instead submit a blank document), by doing so it may help us in matching you with the most suitable volunteer roles. Once we have finalised the roles available we will then be in touch to confirm positions.
