Trainee Butler - Goodwood House

We are looking for an approachable and 'hands on' individual to join the team at the House, where you will learn all aspects of Banqueting; from cleaning and polishing to service and presentation, from the Butler and Head Butler.

The successful candidate will support Butlers at all House Events, delivering a professional and prestigious service to all clients and guests and ideally will have worked with food and beverage in a banqueting operation previously.

The role holder will help in the set up for events and ensure that casual staff are following correct procedures. They will also assist and oversee house open days as and when required.

 Enthusiasm, passion, attention to detail and the drive to succeed in a successful team are essential for this role.

 Due to the rural location of the Goodwood Estate, own transport is essential.
