Butler - Hound Lodge

Our Butler will have a passion and drive for developing a high end service for our Hound Lodge and Kennels guests that combines all the exciting elements of Goodwood to produce an outstanding customer experience. 

In this challenging yet highly rewarding position, you will need to have proven experience of working in a similar role, an understanding how to manage a 5* operation and ideally have experience of having operational management of a Private Members club, supporting the General Manager with creating a strong identity for the two businesses to work in harmony. You will have the passion and knowledge to lead, inspire and coach a large team, creating synergies within the Kennels areas as well as across the Estate. You will also be a great communicator and a real ambassador for Goodwood.

Through your obsession for perfection, you will have a flair for creating an amazing customer journey - paying attention to every detail.  You will thrive on ensuring everything we do reflects our values whilst maximising revenue.
