Hotel Deputy General Manager

The role will oversee multiple departments such as, spa and leisure, front desk and housekeeping. It will also support the GM with Hotel revenue management, accounts, forecasting and sales as well as taking a lead in running the whole hotel in the absence of the General Manager.

As the ideal candidate, you must have previous managerial experience and preferably a strong background in Leisure and Spa or Room Operations. As a problem solver and lateral thinker, you will be a great communicator both with the team and guests. You will have a can-do attitude and a passion to drive standards.

This role would ideally suit either an experienced Deputy GM or someone who is looking to take their first senior management position.
