Our approach to food and drink is a reflection of our obsession for perfection, using our own organic Home Farm produce and award winning Estate reared and rare breed meat, milk and cheese. This can be seen at the Goodwood Hotel where we have been driving forward exciting changes to our Food and Beverage experiences.  This includes one of our restaurants, the 'Richmond Arms', which offers fine dining at its best.

As part of these exciting changes, we are looking for a dynamic 'hands on' Service Manager to make the Richmond Arms a truly amazing place to dine. 

The successful candidate will already have experience of running fast paced restaurants, motivating staff and delivering exceptional customer experiences, whilst also managing the performance of the business effectively.

You will have great people skills and will thrive on inspiring, coaching and training your team to enable them to reach their potential.
