Head Kitchen Porter

We have a great opportunity for a Head Kitchen Porter to support the Kitchen teams in both the Hotel and The Kennels Private Members Club.

The successful candidate will need to be an experienced Supervisor who is able to manage a diverse team of kitchen porters. With your great people and organisational skills, you will manage allocation of the team's duties. You will manage the rotas and take full responsibility for the planning of equipment.

You will have a passion for delivering a great service, ensuring that your team maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen at all times. This is a permanent full time role of 40 hours per week. There may be some heavy lifting involved.
