Ticket Office Sales Executive

Every year we surprise and delight thousands of guests at our Motorsport and Horse-racing Events. Our fantastic Ticket Office Sales team are responsible for handling all telephone sales and enquiries for our Events.

We are looking for enthusiastic confident Sales Executives to handle and convert all inbound telephone sales enquiries including up-selling our additional items that enhance the customer experience, whilst contributing to the achievement of the ticket sales targets. If you have experience of sales and customer service, have excellent communication skills, enjoy working as part of a team and are enthusiastic about events then we would love to hear from you.

Please note that you must be able to work flexibly. Some evenings and weekends may be required during our busiest times and you may be asked to work up to 40 hours per week.
