Chef de Partie

We have an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join our brigade at the Kennels Members' Club. 

The kitchen team has a very talented pool of chefs that deliver amazing quality dishes as well as pushing to be different.  With Goodwood Farm on the doorstep they use local organic produce, including award winning meats and cheeses. There are training and development opportunities available with our in-house butchery, dairy processing and cheese-making facilities. Our chefs are proud to provide unsurpassed dining experiences for both members and guests.  

We offer a superb range of benefits including event tickets, free gym membership, a health cash plan, and the opportunity to earn an extra month's salary per year under our bonus scheme.  In addition to this we also provide uniforms and staff meals when on shift.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of working at the required level (or be ready to progress to CDP level) as well as having experience of working in quality establishments.
