Dispatch Operations Manager

Every year we surprise and delight thousands of guests at our Motorsport and Horse-racing Events. Our fantastic Dispatch and Fulfilment team are responsible for all ticketing dispatch, fulfilling orders and monitoring stock.

You will be responsible for the effective and efficient day to day operation of the department. Managing a team of zero hours and full time staff; acting as a role model and keeping staff engaged and motivated, whilst effectively meeting the seasonal demands of the department.

You will be responsible for stock control, post event audits and the continuous review of processes. You will own the dispatch and fulfilment pipeline to ensure appropriate levels of stock and that resourcing plans are in place, to meet dispatch targets and SLA's. 

This role requires a focused operational manager. To be successful you will have excellent attention to detail, with the ability to balance quality, excellent customer experience and the variation of seasonal volumes with efficiency, along with operational excellence.
