Operations Manager

The 4* Goodwood Hotel is often described as the heart of the Goodwood Estate.

The Hotel is going through some exciting changes and with substantial investment plans, we are on track to really put the Hotel on the map.

To help drive our ambitious plans, we are looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to help take the business forward.

The role will oversee multiple departments such as, food and beverage and spa and leisure.  It will also support the GM with Hotel revenue and finance management, driving sales, and taking a lead on running the hotel in the absence of the General Manager.

You must have previous hotel management experience, with knowledge of spa, leisure and rooms.  Strong food and beverage experience is essential.

As our perfect candidate, you will be a great communicator and will have the ability to develop strong relationships with your team and your guests. You will also have a can-do attitude and a passion to drive standards.  As an experienced Operations Manager, you will have the ability to contribute to the commercial performance of the hotel, whilst being a great coach for our hotel team.

In addition, you will have a passion for delivering unique customer experiences and will have the confidence and ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
