Head of Group Security

Our Security team ensure our guests, teams and the Estate's Family are safe and secure to enjoy every moment here at Goodwood; whether they are attending one of our events, staying at the hotel or working here day-to-day.

We are looking for a Head of Group Security to be responsible for the strategic direction and planning of all security to safeguard the Goodwood Estate, its assets, the Family, its employees, contractors, and annual visitors. You will effectively lead, motivate and manage a team of Security Supervisors who will oversee the day-to-day operations and the rest of the team.

To be successful you will have the ability to create and deliver strategies which provide suitable, efficient and first-class security arrangements, whilst shaping and influencing a programme of cultural change within the business.

You will also possess the ability to work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders. Along with substantial experience in a strategic security management role you will also have a strong understanding of security operations including on live events.
