• Brilliant communication skills  - the ability to tell a story through what we serve
• A genuine passion for providing fantastic guest service creating drama and excitement
• An amazing eye for detail.
• Be hard working with a positive attitude.
• Some experience of working in a bar/public house environment.
• Great knowledge of cocktails and premium spirits. Ales and larger knowledge as well as knowledge of fine wine and champagne is advantageous.
