Senior Aerodrome Fire Officer

Full-time, 40 hours per week on a rota basis  (including weekends and bank holidays)

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Aerodrome Fire Officer to lead the Aerodrome Ground Operations team.  The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering all Aviation Ground Operations including the safe maneuvering and re-fueling of aircraft, carrying out general ground maintenance and fire-fighting duties.

Applicants for this position must have the ability to work flexibly (including weekends and bank holidays) and enjoy outdoors work as part of a small team.  An understanding of Aviation Fire Fighting, Health and Safety and leadership skills is essential.  Experience of working with the public in a safety critical and customer focused working environment is highly desirable.
