Retail Brand Manager

Goodwood, a beautiful and unique estate in West Sussex, is famous for delivering extraordinary experiences for the c.1 million people who visit each year.  The 600 strong team that work here are key to our success.

We are looking for a passionate, creative and talented individual to step into our exciting new role, Retail Brand Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to be the driving force behind our Retail function, taking full responsibility for growing the business into a leading luxury brand through innovative range management and customer engagement whilst applying sound logic to the day to day operations. You will also need to ensure a commercially successful operation with a firm grip on gross and profit margins.

As the perfect candidate, you will bring with you a proven track record of building a strong, international retail brand with significant senior experience working in luxury retail.  Commercial thinking and a proven track record of success within a competitive market is a must as is a sense of fun!  In return we can offer a truly exciting and unique working environment as well as the opportunity to be part of a fantastic team that fully supports each other across all the major events.
