From jaw-dropping cars and enthralling on-track action to spectacular festivities and world class horse-racing, our events are renowned for their creativity and content.

A fantastic new opportunity has arisen to join our exceptional event operations team, managing the delivery of one of our growing portfolio of international sporting events. You will be responsible for delivering the event assigned to you from outset to completion, and you will have the creative thought and relentless drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maximise the event’s potential .

 We are looking for someone with strong experience in managing large scale outdoor events, as well as the diplomacy and cultural sensitivity to do this in an international environment. You will have experience of financial responsibility and the ability to think strategically and creatively. You will be able to successfully absorb the Goodwood brand and culture and provide passion to our events, with the need to be resilient and have the drive to go the extra mile.

 You must also have the flexibility to travel and work internationally, with the potential for a longer term overseas posting depending on business requirements.
