The 4* Goodwood Hotel is often described as the heart of the Goodwood Estate.

The Hotel is going through some exciting changes and with substantial investment plans, we are on track to really put the Hotel on the Map.

To help drive our ambitious plans, we are looking for an exceptional Hotel Manager to really take the business forward.

As our perfect candidate, you will be a great communicator and will have the ability to build a skilful, highly motivated and passionate team, whilst refining processes to deliver a best in class ‘High Touch’ hospitality experience to our guests. You will also have a can-do attitude and a passion to drive standards.  

As an experienced Hotel Manager, you will have the confidence to manage multiple stakeholder relationships within the Hotel and across the group, possessing strong experience in all aspects of hotel management.

Most importantly, you will be an inspirational leader and have a passion for delivering unique customer experiences.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring that we consistently deliver exceptional customer service
• Full P & L accountability
• Driving sales and maximising profits
• Maintaining brand standards
• Maintaining company systems & procedures
• Ensuring that all legal requirements are met
