Our Customer Sales office are responsible for selling and dispatching all of our event ticketing, using our online system 'Talent' to run this operation.

We are looking for an experienced Event Ticketing Co-ordinator to successfully manage and utilise this software.

You'll be responsible for all product and process changes to TALENT to ensure that it's as efficient and effective as possible, maximising the sales and delivery of tickets.

Your duties will include setting up and maintaining ticketing products, as well as supporting TALENT users with technical queries.

Digitally fluent, you'll use your strong IT and communication skills to investigate and diagnose faults, in addition to building strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
