This is a full time, fixed term position (of 2 years)

Set at the heart of the 12,000 acre Sussex estate, Goodwood Home Farm is the largest lowland organic farm in the UK. Produce from the farm supplies the Estate's restaurants with award winning rare breed meat, ales, lager, milk and cheese.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become a skilled butcher and climb the career ladder with us.

Butchery is one of the oldest crafts in the world. This apprenticeship will give you the chance to work and train alongside our Master Butcher. This will all be linked to a Level 2 Butchery Trailblazer apprenticeship with Plumpton College, where you will attend college for 1 day per month.
