The Entertaining and Hospitality MD is the lead role at Goodwood for delivering outstanding experiences at The Goodwood Hotel, The Kennels, Hound Lodge, Goodwood House, Motor Circuit Catering and via our event catering partner Rhubarb.   You will be part of the Group Management Team operating across a matrix structure responsible for creating the strategy and leading a team to achieve commercial (revenue and margin) targets of circa £15m in both dynamic and class leading ways.  This role requires drive, confidence, innovative thinking and an instinct for maximizing commercial opportunities.

The Entertaining and Hospitality business sits at the heart of what we deliver and is a critical link between Goodwood as a physical experience and Goodwood as an emotional one. As such this business is charged with creating exceptional, personal and beautifully unique outcomes every day.

Qualities

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a commercially focussed Director role
• Demonstrates creative thinking
• Experience working with luxury brands and within Hospitality / Entertainment Industry
• Target driven leader and a natural closer
• High level commercial thinking and behaviours
• Think Customer journey to create WOW moments
• Strong leader with the ability to inspire and motivate large teams
