Responsible for supporting with the daily operation of the Kennels Reception department, ensuring that all guests receive a warm, memorable and personalised welcome to the Kennels, setting the scene for their visit.  To supervise the team of Receptionists, supporting with training, development and motivation. 

The Head Receptionist will create and review the team objectives in line with performance reviews.  Ensure clear, consistent communication within the team, whilst establishing strong relationships with customers, handling complaints quickly and professionally.

 Qualities

• Good negotiation and influencing skills
• Previous experience of working in a customer facing role, ideally hospitality or leisure.
• Previous experience of supervising a team is desirable
• People person with exceptional communication skills
• Confident to make decisions and stand by them
• Think Customer journey to create WOW moments
• A sense of fun
