Security Supervisor

Our Security team ensure our guests and teams are safe and secure to enjoy every moment here at Goodwood; whether they are attending one of our events, staying at the hotel or working here day-to-day.

We are looking for an experienced Security Supervisor to be part of a team responsible for providing security coverage 24/7 for the Family and the entire Estate.

You will be the ultimate decision maker whilst on shift and therefore will hold responsibility for the activities and response.

The successful candidate will have experience of supervising or managing others, as you will be responsible for leading a small team of Security Officers, ensuring that correct monitoring, reporting methods, daily procedures and patrols are being completed on every shift.

This is a permanent, full time role. The contracted hours are 48 hours worked over 8 days on a rota basis.
