Director of Kinrara Consulting at Goodwood

Picture yourself leading Goodwood's white label consulting business Kinrara Consulting, an exciting fledgling business within Goodwood.   You will develop, sell and manage the ongoing projects within motorsport, whilst proactively seeking out new business opportunities in that space and future expansion within aviation and horseracing.
 
This role requires the ability to deliver both commercially and operationally, shaping our future ambitions and growth.
 
With proven experience of working in international markets, you will identify potential targets and projects that align with the Goodwood brand.
 
You will foster an environment that is high energy, open and positive and manage the small team with a clear vison to achieve our goals.
 
What you'll need to be successful:
 
           Strategic and commercial thinking
           Proven experience in leading and growing an international business
           Ability to deliver sustainable revenue and profit streams
           An entrepreneurial spirit and creative mind set
           Understand the value of luxury brands and their positioning in market
           Knowledge and experience of the Motorsport industry (desirable)
