Estate Event Planner (Meetings & Events)

You will be a key collaborator in the creation and planning of world leading experiences to our meeting and events clients.
 
You will handle all confirmed events, adding value and provision of an exceptional customer experience. Outstanding communication skills and a passion for attention to detail, are required to build strong working relationships with customers and across the group. You will actively represent Goodwood as part of this role, acting as an ambassador for the estate.
 
With substantial experience in a customer facing role and the confidence to manage multiple stakeholder relationships, to ensure the delivery of high-end experiences.
 
Qualities
 
- 2 years experience in a sales and planning environment
- Positive and friendly with a "can do" attitude
- Strong ability to prioritise and organise
- Excellent attention to detail
- Think Customer journey to create WOW moments
- Creative thinker
