Ticketing Fulfilment Supervisor

The Dispatch team are responsible for fulfilling and dispatching all event tickets and collateral to external and internal customers. 

Our small, friendly team are now looking for a reliable, experienced Ticketing Fulfilment Supervisor.

Duties will include producing and interpreting forecasts in order to allocate daily targets to the team of executives, as well as being responsible for stock control to ensure orders can be fulfilled accurately and effectively. 

During the headline events, you'll support the wider Ticket Office team and, during peak times, you'll get stuck in with the dispatch executives to help fulfil and dispatch ticket orders. You'll be working with a friendly and efficient team in an office which does get very busy at peak times, so the ability to remain calm under pressure is essential. Some additional hours may be required to complete and dispatch orders on time. 

What you'll need:

• Knowledge/experience of stock control and confident working in a fast paced environment
• Ability to produce and interpret forecast reports in order to effectively allocate tasks to the dispatch team 
• Passionate and proactive with the ability to make quick decisions 
• Experience of working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (including Word, Excel and Access)
• Meticulous and tidy with a good eye for detail to ensure orders are dispatched without errors.
